At the conclusion of this presentation, the participant will be able to:

  • Define empathy
  • Identify actions and words that can improve empathy and healing from a different perspective
  • Identify key vocabulary words of healing and empathy in healthcare of Abrahamic religions
  • Explain why empathy can be considered the major step in healing in different Abrahamic religions
  • Identify common emotional, cognitive, physical and behavioral manifestations of empathy by various religions groups
