At the conclusion of this presentation, the participant will be able to:
- Define empathy
- Identify actions and words that can improve empathy and healing from a different perspective
- Identify key vocabulary words of healing and empathy in healthcare of Abrahamic religions
- Explain why empathy can be considered the major step in healing in different Abrahamic religions
- Identify common emotional, cognitive, physical and behavioral manifestations of empathy by various religions groups
